These terms are intentionally simple, because Sumistry is a simple, offline puzzle game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Sumistry on devices you own, subject to the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Tips

Sumistry is free, and the whole game is included. The optional tip jar in Settings lets you buy the developer a coffee through your app store. A tip is a gift: it unlocks no features, removes no advertisements (there are none), and grants no content or entitlement of any kind. Nothing in the game changes because of it.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought through — Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via Google Play — and we can't issue them ourselves. If something went wrong with a tip, tell us anyway via the support page.

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets, and don't use them in ways that break applicable law.

No warranty

Sumistry is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free and delightful, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms alongside app updates; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
