Sumistry is built to be private by design. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Period.

What the app stores

Your game progress, best scores, daily streak, and settings (such as sound and haptic preferences) are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-ins
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising or ad identifiers
• No third-party SDKs that collect data
• No access to contacts, location, camera, or files

Network access

Sumistry works fully offline and does not transmit gameplay data. Standard platform services (such as operating-system crash reporting you may have enabled in your device settings) are governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policies, not ours.

Children

Because no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future update ever changes what the app stores or transmits, this policy and the store listings will be updated before that version ships.
